Question 1

Would this case have enough cooling for two 760s and an overclocked processor? Im using an atx mobo.

The base of the case is open for ventilation, so I mount PSUs with their fan facing down.  This still leaves a 14cm fan-slot open on the bottom.  The top has two 14cm openings, and the back has a 120cm installed, along with a single one in the drive-bay.

Pulling cold air from the bottom and the front chin-fan, then sucking it out from the top should have a lot of air-flow.

Turbulents are, perhaps, the better answer.  Reversing the back-fan from Exhaust to Input will blow outside air across the CPU and RAM, then have the upper fans as Exhaust... or

Maybe have Back and One Top as "exhaust" and having one Top Fan blowing down will create a lot of turbulents.  Anything to break up one stream of air is probably the best effect of all.

Question 2

Is there a way to get better cable management in this case without modding?

I used 10 drives - which is what this case's design engineers envisioned (why else ALL those drive bays?) and there a lot of cables.  Using Right-Angled SATAs on the back of the drives AND using 10" cables allowed those to be stuffed between the front-edge of the motherboard and the drive-cages.  This also left the bottom fan-slot wide open for a good updraft.
