Important Note:
1. Some combustible gases do not contain carbon monoxide, which can only be produced under incomplete combustion. If combustible gas leakage needs to be monitored, please select combustible gas alarm.
2. There are some airflow holes on both sides of the shell of the CO detector (near the back of the product). These airflow holes are designed to allow the external carbon monoxide gas to enter the inside of the detector. Only carbon monoxide entering the inside of the CO detector can be effectively detected and display the specific concentration value.
3. If you want to test whether the reading of the CO detector is normal and usable, we recommend using tape to fix the CO detector in the glass cover and light a cigarette in the glass cover. After a few minutes, the CO detector will display the specific concentration of carbon monoxide. During the test, it is also necessary to note that there is no air flow around the CO detector, which will cause the carbon monoxide generated when the cigarette is not fully burned to be blown away by the air flow, resulting in the constant entry of fresh air in the detector. The final result is that the CO detector still displays 0PPM.
