The SNT-SATA2221B is an external enclosure backplane that is built for convenience and safety. It is a 2 x 2.5” HDD (SSD) built on a convenient aluminum mobile rack. It enables two 2.5” SATA hard drives to be fit on a 3.5” standard form factor drive bay (floppy size space), in any desktop, rack mount or IPC. LEDs and front cover locks are also added into this design.
It has a maximum capacity of 2 TB in total. It only takes a few minutes to set up the SNT-SATA2221B. This package includes this mobile rack, manual guide and 2 SATA cables.
ProtectionThe SNT-SATA2221B is made mostly with aluminum, which means that the heat dissipation is excellent. Front locks are also available for extra safety.
ConvenienceThe SNT-SATA2221B can support up to 2 TB in total. Each bay has a capacity up to 1 TB. Instead of using a 5.25” bay drive, you can just insert and mount this into your 3.5” drive for storage purpose.
Easy SetupThe setup procedure is simple and easy. It is driver-free, which makes the setup procedure a lot easier. HDD is automatically ejected once you open the cover. This package also includes 2 sets of SATA cable, which allows you to set this masterpiece up as soon as it arrives.

Pros: Does what it is designed to do.
Cons: None
Overall Review: I use this to hot swap laptop drives and ssds. It is a lot easier to have a bay to insert drives in than it is to shut down a pc and install it inside the case. I run virus & malware scans in this manner. It also is great for recovering data off a drive that windows will not run correctly on. Invaluable in computer repair.
