what does Standard 3.5mm Plug mean ? does it work as a radio transmitter ?

Headphone jacks come in different sizes and configurations. The old standard was 1/4 inch, 3.5 mm is currently the most common size but there is also 2 mm micro. Configurations include mono (2 wire), sterio, mono plus microphone, and sterio plus microphone. Thease headphones work on infrared light transmission, not radio frequency transmission.

is it good for jogging, workout?

I've used these while training for American Ninja Warrior, provided you have a way of keeping the cable under control (I run it through my shirt) it should work fine.
