The dimensions are 14.5x16.25x16.5 (w/h/d).  Its performance is also adequate for the way I use it which is not too loud.

Do you provide a warranty for this refurbished item?

I don't, but Newegg did.  According to the website at Newegg it came with a 30 day replacement only warranty when I bought my 2.  Now in addition to that the website shows a 30 day parts and labor warranty through the refurbisher, Sohnen Enterprises and a 1 year parts and labor warranty through Sony.  I wouldn't count on a warranty through Sony on a refurbished item though it doesn't hurt to ask.
