Pros: At the top of this list is the display. This is easily the best display I have seen on any device. It's bright, incredibly sharp and vibrant, and even performs very well in direct sunlight. Speed is another plus. Applications open immediately, they install or uninstall with absurd speed. The navigation animations in Android work with a very smooth framerate, which results in a nice and fluid user experience. I am able to decode 720p .mkv videos with very adequate performance (using VLC beta). The battery life seems to be on the good side of average, from other smartphones I've used. At 10pm, after a day of moderate use (several phonecalls, lots of music played, an an episode of Breaking Bad on my lunch break, and bunches of googling/facebook/twitter etc.) I had 40% battery remaining. The camera is fantastic. Very high resolution, excellent focal range, adequate LED flash, great video quality. Takes great photos in a variety of conditions.
Cons: The function buttons on the bottom take a little bit to get used to - they are touch only, no physical operation. Nice when you're used to them. The JPG compression is a little more lossy than I would like, but it's so high resolution that it doesn't matter for most situations. The charging/notification LED on the front of the phone is a little bright, and can be distracting when watching video in the dark. The lack of removable storage is not an issue for me, but it might be for some people. The battery is also not removable, so hopefully I can ship it out to get it replaced in a couple years if I still want to use the phone. The clear section on the bottom, while very cool, kind of gives the impression that the phone is longer than it needs to be. None of these cons are worth losing an egg to me. This is still an incredible piece of hardware.
Overall Review: As an unexpected bonus, the wired headset that comes with the phone is excellent. The audio quality for voice and music blows away my cheapish Klipsch earbuds. To get the full 12 megapixels, the camera takes pictures in 4:3. If you want 16:9 photo ratios, the photos are 9 megapixel. The Playstation store is cool but I'd like to see some more games. Also it's not very easy to play the games without a PS3 controller, which are thankfully very easy to come by. The build quality is decent but I wouldn't expect it to survive a fall :)
