Step 2: Check the L/R markings on the back of the earbuds to ensure you're wearing them on the correct sides.
Step 3: Rotate and adjust the earbuds for a comfortable fit.
Step 4: Use the Fit Test in the soundcore app to ensure the ear tips are the right size for you and that the earbuds are in the ideal position.
