Can my phone still be magnetically charged normally with a case on it?
Only magnetic phone cases can be used for wireless magnetic charging, and the thickness of the phone case cannot exceed 2MM. It's NOT compatible with non-magnetic cases, such as the OtterBox Defender case.
Is it normal for the battery to heat up when charging?
When the portable charger is charging or discharging, some heat may be generated due to energy loss during transmission. This is a normal occurrence.
