Cons: -Because it's PCI also means it's slower than it's PCI-E version.

Overall Review: Today (2012) this card is obsolete. There are much better choices out there now a days but for what it's worth for HD playback and basic video editing. This card did the trick on an aging system.

Pros: very good card for the price, HDMI, 1080p support, very easy to intsall

Overall Review: Not a card for heavy gaming, do not buy this for pure gaming, it is much better than integrated graphics and it does allow modern games at decent frame rates at lower resolutions. Best part is that it is a 1080p video card at a good price

Pros: Spec wise, one of the better "PCI" cards left to support is old technology. Bought it to upgrade my old GeForce 6200.
Fan-less is a plus. Installed easy enough, got drivers from Nvidia web site. Worked well until I ran my Flt Sim X. See Cons.

Cons: My old GF6200, when playing Flt Sim X ran at 28-30FPS. The Sparkle card ran at 4-5FPS. Used all the same settings as the GF6200. Contacted Sparkle USA, after 2 days got a response. After 3 emails and running some tests, They decided to RMA it for me. Waiting for the replacement. They claimed to have bench tested the replacement card. Will followup.

Overall Review: Building a new PC, the MoBo has PCEe X16. Wished I had thought ahead. So if the irreplaceable GF8400GS performs, I'll stick it in the new build. Oh well.....

Pros: Supports Windows 7, low cost

Cons: Drivers didn't install out of the box from the included CD. (I would have given the card 5 stars if they had.) However, the ones downloaded from NVidia worked just fine.

Overall Review: I needed a card to rejuvenate an old Dell Dimension 2350 that only had PCI slots after an upgrade to Windows 7 left it only able to display 640x480. I'm happy with the outcome. Keep in mind that the heat sink on this card is fairly wide, so you'll need an empty slot or an end location for this card to fit.

Pros: none! Sparkle is a terrible company to deal with.

Cons: has TV out. doesn't work on TVs.

Tech support is not available during reasonable hours.

Tech support is ineffective, incompetent and deceptive. They worked harder at getting someone off the phone than they did helping to solve the problem.

We we told that the replacement card being sent to up on RMA would be tested before leaving Sparkle. The replacement card showed up defective. Upon boot, the S-video doesn't change the screen pattern like other cards and computers do. The card won't boot to the TVs like other cards and computers do.

It took tech support so long to get the card back to us that it's pasted the 30 Newegg return policy.

Overall Review: I normally don't write reviews, let alone negative reviews, but if they can't even put a working card in the box and then failed to ensure the replacement card is working, like they said they would, then what else is left.

Don't buy a Sparkle product! They don't stand behind them.

Pros: It turned a 2002 compaq vesario desktop into a moderate game comp(hightest fps i can get out of is 40 fps but i think thats due to the S!@#y specs of other parts)

Cons: The driver cd and current nvidia driver(266) didn't work with it but it work with a old driver(192)

Overall Review: Do not trust other who have said this card sucks, if u want to play current games like spore or mass effect with this ur in the wrong area, if ur one of the people who play Minecraft buy it

Pros: I own a dual processor server that I wanted to game on, unfortunately, It only had pci-X ports, no pci express. After installing this card, I noticed a substantial graphical increase. I can now play oblivion on medium without so much as a hickup. Upon arrival I immediately replaced the heatsink with a stock nividia fan I had lying around. There is no room for that giant hunk of metal in a 1U server.

Cons: I neglected to realize that the egg saver is with the US postal service... I will never do that again, during shipping they chipped an oscillator off the board, fortunately I was able to fix it. Only other con lies with sparkle themselves' drivers, no support for server 64bit, fortunately I was able to find a nividia driver to do the job.

Overall Review: I had originally attempted to buy a simalar card from Bstbuy, 3 days after ordering (the day it should have been at my door) they emailed me saying that the product was discontinued, this delay angered me so I went straight to newegg seeing as I only went to bstbuy because I had a gift card. Long story short, dont trust bstbuy and newegg ALWAYS delivers.

Pros: low power no fan so its silent

Cons: 64 bit

Overall Review: good for bringin some new life to an old machine
