The Endura is one of Spyderco's best selling knives. This is one of the model's that set the industry standard by being the first lightweight folding knife to feature a pocket-carry clip and have a one-hand operable, high-carbon, performance blade. The Endura also includes a backlock locking mechanism with the David Boye Dent. This particular model includes the Emerson Opening Feature. This device is a hook jutting from the top of the blade spline that when drawing the closed knife from a pocket, catches the pocket's edge opening the blade so it's ready to use once it clears the pocket.
