Is this turntable PC compatible with Windows 7 Home Premium?  i.e. can the USB 1.1 connection covert the signal output to a MP3 file directly on the computer?

The turntable is PC and MAC compatible.  I use a MAC, but based on the instructions, a PC should work equally as well.  There is a direct connection to the PC via USB to allow conversion to MPC.  The process of converting is very simple.  I was amazed at the quality of converting the vinyls to MP3 format.  I am unable to tell the difference in the converted formats and the digital formats.  I love this turntable.  This is one of my best purchases.  I am amazed at the quality of the turntable.  It is made of solid metal and is very heavy and strong.  It is also simple to operate and looks great.  I don't think you will go wrong by purchasing.  I Love it!
