hi i am having macbook, it has only one type c port, i want to use mass storage device and simultanoulsy charge macbook, is it possible with StarTech DKT30CHD , or with any other adapter ?

This adapter does *not* have any charging capability. It works perfect for external video, ethernet and USB devices (like mass storage device). The setup I use is to run all the devices with this adapter, and use the power adapter/charging that came with the laptop.
