Is this model compatible with Windows Server SP1?

Which version?? I have tried it (along with several others) on my Server2012 Essentials servers without any luck. Others say it has worked for them. Take a chance I guess. I will check for new drivers in a few months and try it again.

It looks like a 4 pin molex power cord would be needed. What if I only have a 6 pin PCIe source? Do you have an adapter cable?

I'm sure you can probably find molex y splitter that will convert a single molex to 2 molex power outputs. I don't know what voltages the card uses, but a PCI-E power plug does not provide the +5v source so even if you could find an adapter it may not work.
