Is the signal directional? Meaning can the AV receiver and TV send signal to each other both way?

The product does not support bidirectional signal transmission. It is designed to extend HDMI up to 230ft (70m) over a single CAT5 cable, and there is no mention of bidirectional signal capability.

I need to purchase another power supply adapter. Can you direct me to a place to purchase one? Or can you tell me what is the barrell size of the plug?
