I bought this adapter and the dvi does not fit into my gpu... Its male to female so i dont know what the problem is. Any help?

Hi Matt, This product is a DVI-I dual link male connector. If your video card has a DVI-D connector (many do - you can tell by checking if the horizontal connection has 4 pin-connections around it) it would not plug into it. Alternatively if your video card has single link connectors (believe me you would know just by looking at both of them) it would also not plug in. Assuming neither of those are the case it's possible the female socket on your GPU is slightly bent. DVI connectors fit together pretty exact. Another possibility is a bent pin. Both of these are correctable with some bending. Hope I helped.
