Are these good fans for a push/pull setup on a cooler master heatsink?

The cooler master fan is 600-2000 rpm. These StarTech are 800-2200 rpm.
It will have a slight advantage, as the min speed will be higher.  To mount in a push-pull you will need a PWM splitter power lead. Will your motherboard CPU fan header supply the amperage increase?

Question 4

The PWM Y splitter looks like it has a 4 pin PWM and a regular 4 pin molex. Does it control two PWM fans or one PWM and one non PWM fan?

I do not believe this fan is equipped with a molex connector.  I believe it is a 4 pin PWM connector coming off of the fan, and has a y-splitter that can have two 4 or 3 pin fans connected to it (of coarse 4 pin is required for PWM control.)

Hello JJ.  In the Description tab for the fan it says:  Backed by a StarTech 2-year warranty and free lifetime technical support.  That's a good long warranty for a fan.  The Specifications tab says 1 year parts and 1 year labor.  Still that's a long time for a fan.
