OK I am not familiar with all the different chip sets yet, is this card/chipset suitable for network nic teaming? As in could one team all four ports/NICs on the same network?

assuming you are running windows server 2012 2012r2 2016 you can easily create a network team from the server manager. check youtube. you can also use the intel i350 drivers to setup a network team, check youtube and use the most current driver for the intel i350-t4
