I'm not seeing how this works with 2.5" IDE Drives. Can you confirm compatibility?

It comes with an adapter cable for 2.5" IDE drives -- goes from standard IDE + power (on the back of the thing) to the single cable IDE 2.5" standard.

Does it work with older computers which has only 2.0 USB ports? Thanks.

It should work with the USB 2.0 ports since USB 3.0 is backwards compatible.  If I were you, I'd look for the dual USB 3.0 dock version and grab that.  In the box was a note about purchasing a converter for attaching ide hard drives.  This model here only has one slot for data connections while the other bay in the dock serves as nothing more than idle space, probably to allow the ide drive to sit somewhere.

Can this be used a a hard drive duplicator ?

This dock can be used as a drive duplicator as long as you have cloning software such as clonezilla or acronis or Norton ghost just to name a few.  Keep in mind that the dock purchased is a sata/ide dock.  So slot #1 supports a sata connection and slot #2 is empty (no connectors).  The ide connection is behind the dock and an ide/molex cable is provided.

Can you run two drives with this unit?

Yes. Each drive has its own power button. However, bay two is only for IDE drives as bay one is only meant for SATA drives.
