How do I get the HyperMount off? It's on there really strong!
Good news – that strong grip is exactly what it's meant to do, and it's normal for it to feel very strong the first couple uses. If the pull-tab won't release it, pry up one edge of the suction cup with your finger to break the seal, then lift off.
