The Supermicro H13SAE-MF has two PCIe 5.0 slots that are physically x16 slots. The upper slot is electrically x16, the lower slot is electrically x8. If both slots are occupied, then the upper slot is reduced to x8. See Supermicro's manual for this board, where they include a nice block diagram that illustrates this well. Newegg and Supermicro's specifications say "2 PCIe 5.0 x16 slots (16/NA or 8/8)" which means you'll get either x16 with one card populated, or x8/x8 with both cards populated. (Note that Zen 4 CPUs only have 24 usable PCIe lanes, so there is no Zen 4 motherboard in existence with two simultaneous electrically x16 slots.)
