Pros: standard supermicro build quality, everything works great, lots of connectors, good bios configurability
Cons: SATA ports are a challenge to connect if your case is relatively short front-to-back or has drive bays in the middle third. Didn't come with a driver disc, and I needed to download ethernet drivers from Intel directly and transfer via USB key from another system. (Not part of Win8 install)
