Does this mean that I should not get Intel Xeon E3-1245 v2 3.4 GHz processor?

If I want to get this MoBo, should I be looking for a processor with no built in graphics support? Am I understanding this correctly?

Yes have to get one that does not support video i belive the e3 is support but i would double check there is a list on supermicros site.
