The Synology RS826RP+ RackStation is a compact 1U rackmount NAS designed for edge deployments, branch offices, and remote business workloads. Powered by a quad-core, eight-thread AMD Ryzen V1500B processor running at 2.2 GHz, the RS826RP+ delivers sequential read/write performance of over 2,000/1,300 MB/s under Synologys tested configuration. Four integrated 1GbE network ports support Link Aggregation for increased bandwidth, load balancing, and automatic network failover, making this system a reliable foundation for business storage and data management.


The RS826RP+ includes four hot-swappable drive bays supporting compatible 3.5-inch SATA hard drives and 2.5-inch SATA SSDs. Businesses requiring additional capacity can connect one Synology RX426 expansion unit to increase the system to eight drive bays and up to 192 TB of raw storage using supported 24 TB drives. A PCIe Gen3 expansion slot provides configuration flexibility for compatible 10GbE or 25GbE network adapters, an M.2 SSD adapter, or a combined M.2 SSD and 10GbE adapter. Compatible SSDs can be used for caching to reduce latency and improve IOPS in HDD-based storage arrays.


Equipped with 4 GB of DDR4 ECC memory, configurable to 32 GB, the Synology RS826RP+ is built to handle evolving business requirements.
