- The front release is especially helpful when using accessories like lens motors that may hang below the level of the baseplate, preventing an easy backward slide off the dovetail.
- Two removable stopper screws provide additional security when desired and can be parked on the plate when not in use.
- Constructed of a robust aluminum alloy, this dovetail has built-in 3/8"-16 and 1/4"-20 threads for mounting on a tripod or quick release plate.
