How does this compare to the Copper Chef deep square pan?

I'm not familiar with the C/C pan (I do own a C/C fry pan that I like) - the main reason I purchased the Tayama is the sale price, $27, lower than most other pans of this type/size, and it's 'Induction' compatible - I've purchased 2 more of them (1 more for myself and the other for my daughter) if that tells you how much I like it -- if you look closely at most of these types of 'copper' cookware items, they're all quite similar between the different brands - I assume there's most likely 1 or 2 manufacturers making most all of these 'copper' cookware items, no matter the brand name... so in my case, I look for the best price when purchasing a specific type of copper cookware (ie... pan, fry pan, pasta pot, etc.) -- and, since this item is 'sold & shipped' by Newegg... their customer service is 2nd to none... any issues/problems you might have after purchasing this item will be 'taken care of' by Newegg

My can't we get the cooking book to  Other  give the book with there Pans?

Hello.  I'm not totally sure I follow your question,  but I use the pan the same as other non-stick pans,  except I do put this in the oven too.   Good luck !
