Why does a song keep repeating or start playing songs that have never been played before, and how do I adjust the mode?
1.Press and hold the "Volume -" button to switch between three modes: shuffle play, sequential play, and single loop.
2.Please avoid creating folders on the MP3 player.
3.Make sure the music you load onto the MP3 player is in MP3 format.
Why is music not clear underwater?
Ensure the proper positioning of the earplugs to seamlessly match the contours of your ears to prevent water from entering the earplugs or causing them to come loose, which can affect sound quality.
Does the W16 allow me to download? or Can I use Tayogo W16 to work with T6,so no need to download music when swimming?
Yes, You can download Music to the Headphone directly , If you do not want to Download,Tayogo W16 can work with T6,but need to upgrade the firmware.This way,W16's FM mode will become Receiving mode to work with T6 transmitter.
Why aren't the radio stations I want available, or why is the signal poor for some stations?
This is a professional MP3 Player, the FM is only gifted function. The channels of FM you can receive maybe limited and the signal of FM is not so good as professional FM receiver especially in some closed space.
Why Bone Conduction Headphone sound quality is not good?
As bone conduction headphones deliver sound by the metal viber,it is hard to have good sound quality esp.for HIFI.Tayogo has the high quality Waterproof In-Ear headphones,will has the same sound quality as common headphones.
