Yes, but be very careful how you use this. It is very different in application. You put a pea size drop in the middle and start spreading it around with the supplied black q-tip. It will take a while for it to start adhering. This is normal. Keep spreading it around until all the surface you want covered is covered. Using a little more to get the job done is fine. It moves around quite a bit like a liquid, so you have to be careful not to push it off the edges and contaminate the surrounding area because it is very electrically conductive. I would wear rubber gloves as this tends to get on your hand/s and should be treated like a heavy metal.
