I recently purchased a desktop and I know the hard drive in my laptop is still good or hope it is still good and want to know will this  work with the new desktop? I purchased the desktop from this site its the CyberpowerPC AMD FX-Series 8GB DDR3 500GB HDD Capacity Desktop PC Windows 8.1 64-bit Gamer Ultra 2140. I would really like to know if this would work. The laptops hard drive is a 2.5" sata.

If I correctly understand your query; you want to remove the HDD from your laptop and place it into your new CyberpowerPC. Is that correct?

If so, I can see no reason that the Thermaltake converter would not facilitate that process. I will admit that I have never removed a HDD from a laptop so have no idea what the dimensions of the drive are. As near as I can surmise the converter will hold the 2.5" laptop HDD. I tool a quick look at the system you purchased and there are certainly enough open bays to install the converter and drive.

I have no idea what your plans are for the 2.5 HDD in your new system - therefore I will not comment on the probable fulfillment of your plans. Good luck!

Will this product work with a Cooler Master Storm Enforcer case?

Sure it will if your case has a mount for a 3 1/2 Hard drive then this will nicely mount 2 2 1/2 in SSD drive nicely.  Good luck!
