Pros: Good looking Unit Past Experience with ThermalTake has been positive
Cons: Poor Customer Support Device Failed in just under 2 months Connections on the cables were very loose right out of the box
Overall Review: I purchased this device in late october and it failed on december 20th the same year, it still provided power however I noticed a slight burning smell and shut down the computer. I examined the machine closely and found a pin on the 24 pin main connecter to be severly burnt, I also noticed inside the PSU that insulation over one of the coils of the psu had melted off of it and onto several other small components. I also had a bad time with there costuomer support.
