What type of RAM does this desktop take? DDR2 or DDR3?

Unfortunately I can't answer the question because I ordered this PC, but this is not the PC I received.  I didn't complain, but the PC I received was a ThinkCenter with similar specs, but housed in a tower chassis......

Is there a way to also use the on board video with a pcie video card installed?

I bought this computer thinking it would be a flat desktop, but what I received is a tower.  Not a show stopper for me.  Unfortunately, I can't answer your question because I don't understand it.   Sorry. But my Lenovo is a nice computer.  I think you'd be happy with it.  Except if you're looking for Windows office applications, it doesn't have them.  Hope this helps.

What are the specifications for the Graphics Card on this desktop? Is the graphics card integrated into the motherboard?

Yes, on board graphics.  I bought a "Shell Shocker" HDMI with 1mb memory video card for $9.99 after rebate.  With it I can use both the cards VGA and HDMI port at the same time.  It is a shame I can not also use the on board VGA output.
Also, if yours ships with a 32 bit OS, you can download a Win7 Home Premium 64 bit install ISO file and burn an install disc.  The license key on the machine will work with both 32 and 64 bit Windows 7 Home Premium.  I also added 4 more GB memory for a total of 6 (needed to update the bios to get it to work).  Now for less then $150 bucks, I have a very capable computer.
