Can I use two monitors with this computer? Does it support that? Would I just use 1 vga cable and 1 diplayport to vga or 1 displayport to dvi converter cable?

ITs a bit tricky, but can be done. YOu have to use the display port as your primary monitor. Easiest to leave the VGA unplugged until you establish this. Then plug in the VGA and set it as secondary. Be aware, this computer uses the on-chip video from Intel, not a separate video card so it will consume memory to use two monitors. The Intel display drivers will allow you to configure each accordingly.

Could a separate video card be installed?

Yes, we buy many of the M73 and the new m800 series machines. A separate video card can be installed, but it must be a half height card.

Can I upgrade the memory?

yes, this pc should support any ddr3 memory running at 1600hz up to 16 gb. The motherboard has 2 slots for ram so the max you could run is 1 16gb stick in one slot or 2 8gb sticks in tandem. Or if you are referring to the hard drive memory, it will support and amount of gb extra storage as long as the new hard drive is SATA capable.
