Does this come with the power cord? I do not see one in the pictures provided

It did with the one I ordered. If you look at the final picture in the set they provide here, you can see that cord that goes from the brick to the wall.

Tip looks wrong. I need power supply for Lenovo X1--not Carbon. Do you have?

The X1 power supply does appear to have a different tip than the Carbon X1 power supply. If you have the older Lenovo "ThinkPad X1", then you most likely need one of these power supplies: 42T4427, 42T4431, 42T4435, 42T4439 or equivalent. See lenovo(dot)support(dot)com for product and parts lookup. Newegg appears to carry compatible power supplies.

The X1 Carbpm PC is light but Lenovo's adaptor for it is a brick. Does someone else make a smaller, lighter adaptor so I don't have to carry this heavy brick?

The one that came with my computer was much lighter, if I remember correctly it was 65W. I don't see much difference in charging time.
