Does the laptop come with a power adapter?

The order should include adapter, power cord and battery. However, when I received it, there was only the notebook, NO ADAPTER, NO POWER CORD, NO BATTERY.

And also, I have repeated many times to your representatives that if you have to use UPS to deliver, please ask them to ask the receiver's signature or pick up, do not just leave my package in the front door of my apartment. It is not safe!

Does this laptop contain Display port? Typically T420 contains display port, but it is missing in the specifications. Can you please confirm?

Yes, mine came with display port.
It should come standard on all T420 laptops.

You get all the normal stuff.
The unit was in very good shape. I added an additional 4 g of ram. Works great.
One issue: did not take the Windows 10 upgrade well. Glitchy. Changed back to Windows 7.

Yes.  This laptop has an integrated webcam just above the screen.  You can just barely see it in the picture.

It only has a Display Port, but you can buy a conversion cable for HDMI. That works good enough. Maximun Ram is limited to 8GB.

Although there is a free upgrade to Windows 10, Intel seemed to have stopped support for Intel HD 2000 for Windows 10. As result, some applications may not work properly. However, Windows 8 and 8.1 should work properly.

Mine came with a 4GB chip card in the internal memory slot.  I purchased an additional 4GB from Crucial prior to upgrading to Windows 10 and the additional RAM does make a difference.  The RAM cost less than $40 with shipping.

all possible RAM slots for thinkpads have an easy access, screw-removable door underneath. The configuration of a refurbished PC depends which you get, it is not standard, you might get 2x2 or 4
