how compatible is this with the PC? I am not seeing any PC setting on the steering wheel console.

I am using this with Windows 7. Instantly recognized and no problems. There is a switch that needs to be set to PS3 when using it with a PC, but it is clearly stated in the documentation. Hope that helps.

Does it come with the peddles and base or is it just the steering wheel?

Pedals and base, but you'll want to get a stand for it probably. You can secure it to a table, but I didn't thunk it was comfortable to play that way.

Does it come with a desk clamp?

Yes it does. Not only that it is high quality. In the year or so that ive owned it, the setup gets put up and taken down avg once a week. Still zero signs of threads giving away or anything. Fantastic product

Wiil it work with the Xbox one S?

The RS300 only works with the PlayStation and PC platform. I believe Trruarmaster has a TX wheel that will work on the Xbox
