How do I pair the TIAZUUX smart ring with my phone?
Place the smart ring into the charging case first. Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile phone, open the Da Rings app, tap Add Device, select the found Bluetooth device. The smart ring will flash green when ready for pairing.
Do I need to confirm my finger size before buying the TIAZUUX smart ring?
Yes. We recommend purchasing our measurement kit or properly measuring your finger size before placing an order to get a comfortable fit.
What do the different LED lights on the TIAZUUX smart ring mean?
Red light means the ring is charging. Green flashing light indicates the ring is in pairing mode, waiting to connect with the Da Rings app. We suggest fully charging the ring before first use.
Why should I fill in personal information in the Da Rings app settings?
Entering your personal information in Da Rings App settings helps the ring deliver more accurate measurement and health tracking data.
Why can’t Da Rings app discover my TIAZUUX smart ring?
Check if the ring is properly seated in the charging case and phone Bluetooth is turned on. Reopen Da Rings app, click Add Device and search again.
