How to switch lens?
Long press the square button to switch the lens. (Note: The lenses are not used simultaneously)
No response to connect the phone
Please confirm whether the phone supports OTG function (Android) and check whether it is inserted in place, repeat plugging and unplugging several times. iPhone iPad just Plug and Go.
Product drawing is stuck
When the product is stuck, please keep the mobile phone's battery above 20%.
Camera is hot
It is usual for the camera to heat up, especially when the LED light of the camera is on at its highest brightness, but it does not affect normal use or service life.
