Toshiba puts a lot in a little package with their 19LV505 19" LCD DVD player combination. Its 1680 x 1050 pixel 720p screen has a 160° viewing angle for a beautiful view from nearly anywhere in the room - and a response rate faster than many more expensive displays. An 800:1 contrast ratio, 350 cd/m2 brightness and integrated comb filter produce vibrantly colored, crystal clear images.
The built-in side-loading DVD player expands your viewing possibilities. In addition to commercially produced discs, it’ll also play CD's, VCD's and recordable/rewritable DVD's & CD's. It also includes the codecs for playing DivX, WMA's and MP3's or displaying JPG's. Bottom-mounted speakers provide stereo sound without being obtrusive.
The tuner can receive both broadcast NTSC and digital HD ATSC signals without extra components. QAM lets it display unscrambled cable TV channels as well. HDMI, ColorStream HD Component & S-Video inputs along with an RCA and PC input let you display images from multiple sources, or to use the 19" screen as a computer monitor.
