I REC'D HP NOT TOSHIBA, IS THIS AS GOOD AND WILL IT FUNCTION THE SAME?

It worked for me but i matched the Hard drive since they have to line up the male and female pin holes to read to the system

I don't see any indication of the condition of these drives, ie used, refurbished or new, and there are way to many junk drives being sold under less than truthful advertising.  So I have to ask - Are these NEW hard drives? Do they have the full mfr warranty?

Mine lasted 14 months before started having read errors. I was told to ship it back under warranty to be replaced. Three weeks later I'm told it is not under warranty. Would they really manufacture a drive to only last one year? I believe it says "Enterprize storage". Pay more and get a good drive.
