depends on the type of card and the type of slot. For instance, if your computer has pcie slots and the card is a pcie card it will work

How can I find out if this card will fit in my laptop? I've HP laptop with Realtek RTL8188EE 802.11 b/g/n/ wifi adapter.

The 'Realtek RTL8188EE 802.11 b/g/n/ wifi adapter' will NOT fit in ANY laptop. It is designed for a desktop, server, full sized PC with a PCI-Express slot.

Would I need to plug this in to an ethernet cable or would i be able to connect to my internet? Please respond asap

It's called a network adapter and has an Ethernet port so yes you need to plug in an Ethernet cable. This does not magically provide Internet access by itself.

I have a dell inspiron 660 is it compatible with my system?

The Inspiron 660 documentation shows it having 3 PCIe 1 slots. So long as one of those is available to hold this card, it should work under recent versions of Windows.

Does this come with a driver?

Yes, but your better off downloading the latest driver from their website instead of using the included disc.
