Can you mount this on a plywood wall?

Haven't tried it myself, but... this switch comes with the rackmount ears and usually you can rotate them so the front is facing down and use that to mount to a wall

is the TP-Link TL-SG1016PE switch V1 or V2?

The TP-Link TL-SG1016PE switch that I own is hardware version 1.0

How can I put this in my rack? I have a wall mountable box, does this come with hardware to mount unit?

It comes with the rack mount flanges and the screws to attach them to the switch. You'll need to supply the rack mount screws to mount it in your rack.
