Hi, does the rackmount kit come with the product? And is it for a 13" or 19" rack?

It does come with a Rackmount kit. It is for a 19 inch rack. Personally I love these switches. The VLAN config is abit limiting, but very usable for the price.

Can I use this as an unmanaged switch?

Yes. You can simply not set it up, or alternately, you can set an IP but not enable any other features. It will act like any other switch in that case.
