For 11 watts total, this is overkill.
More handling power then you need.
Look at a smaller Tripp-Lite line conditioner model.

Although the smaller wattage handling models have less receptacles in the back.

I can't say enough positive things about their line conditioners.
Using them for many many years.

Can I use this for single door commercial refrigerator?

LC1800 works well with my home theater center. With a refrigerator you might consider a LC2400. The manufacturer recommends unit not to be used with portable generator.

Question 3

can this handle a constant draw of 1400 watts without components melting or the breaker tripping?  I need it to protect an Antminer S4.

Accepted Answer

Shouldn't be a problem.  The manual says 1800W and doesn't give any duty cycle limitation.  Just be sure its airflow is unimpeded.  BTW, if your branch circuit is 15A and your load is that close to that limit (12A if non-reactive) you'd be well advised to obtain a "kill-a-watt" meter to measure your true current draw.  ($30-ish anywhere)  Most breakers will trip at a sustained current draw of 85% of their rating.
