Is this cabinet fully enclosed and lockable? Customer is a school and does not want Kids to be able to get at switches. Any other recommendations?

the cabinet is completely enclosed and lockable, however the locks for the side panels are made of plastic (I was a bit upset about this, especially since one of the lock were damaged from shipping). They're snap on locks, they do their job but they feel cheap. If security is a concern you can screw down the side panels from inside the enclosure but it's not that easy. I sure wish tripp lite made a better lock for the side panels, they're heavy and you only get one flimsy plastic lock for each panel. Other than that the build quality is pretty good on these racks
