Does this Tripp Lite USB 3.0 Adapter Converter USB-A to USB Type C properly carry both the audio and video from a webcam with a type C connection when conected to a computer through a type A connection?

My Logitech StreamCam works for this, though since technically USB 3.1 is required it is 720p 30fps instead of 1080p 60fps. That's not the converter's problem though.
