Will this enclosure support a 1 Tb drive?

The operating system of the computer that the enclosure is connected to will determine how much physical capacity can be used.  It is up to the user's PC to be able to format and access the entire 1 TB drive through the USB / SATA controller.

This enclosure should support any 2.5 inch drive, regardless of how much storage capacity the drive has, provided the drive interface is SATA I, II or III, the physical height of the drive is not more than 9.5 mm and the drive can be powered by the USB port of the computer.

From Tripp Lite's documentation for this drive:

2.5" SATA hard drive must be able to operate on the power provided by the USB port (USB 3.0 provides up to 900mA, USB 2.0 up to 500mA)
2.5" SATA hard drive with a maximum height of 9.5mm.
