Can I use my DDR4 ram or do I have to upgrade those?

You will need to upgrade your RAM to DDR5, as the motherboard supports DDR5 memory and does not support DDR4 RAM.

Trying to install windows 11 and get stuck at internet page. It says, no internet found, even when I connect directly via Ethernet. I looked in the bios and both Wi-Fi and LAN are enabled. Please help!?

This is likely a driver issue. Unfortunately, from this point, you may not be able to get the system to see your internet connection. My recommendation would be to go into the bios, turn off your wifi and ethernet there, and then presumably the "no internet connection" button should appear. If not, videos on youtube explain how to get to that button.

can this fit a 4070ti?

You'll need to check your case and GPU dimensions for if they will fit. This board supports the 4070ti in the x16 pcie lanes.

Mine supported my 7800x3d with no need for me to make a BIOS flash drive. That's not a guarantee that ALL the boards that ship will but I had no issue with my BIOS version.

I don't know if the new firmware supports that processor, however I believe the firmware can be updated without a CPU installed.
