Is this indoor/outdoor use?
It doesn't say US version.
Can I use this in the US or is there a US version I should buy?

It works outdoors for me flawlessly. 
I live in southern California where it rarely rains and I have had to power cycle mine exactly once. It mounts to a round pole with zip ties.

Question 2

I need to set up a point to point connection of approx. 400 feet to deliver a 5MP camera feed to a VMS PC. I have never used this product before. I assume that I must purchase two identical units which create a wireless bridge? Is that correct?

Yes you will need two and they will create a wireless bridge.  You can use two different models but I normally use the same type.

Question 3

Am I reading this correctly, that this antenna will work with either 2.4ghz or 5 ghz? I have a 5 ghz already but need a 2.4ghz. If this is truely a duel speed, then this will be the antenna for me.

no.... not dual frequency at all.... You would need a different antenna

if i use one for base, can i login to 3 of these in the field set at different locations throughout the farm , i have 3 computers at different locations on farm that i want to excess  remotely ?

This one isn't an omnidirectional antenna so it will broadcast basically in the direction it is facing.   You will also need line of site at each of your locations.  So the answer is maybe, it depends on your locations

I use them to get internet to cellars and shops at our farms and they work well for that.
