Will this communicate with the locoM2? I'd like to connect the locoM2 to my router (main house) and connect the M2 in the guest house. In the guest house, will I be able to connect an ethernet port to the M2 and use ethernet to have a wired connection to other rooms?

Will this communicate with the locoM2?  I'd like to connect the locoM2 to my router (main house) and connect the M2 in the guest house.  In the guest house, will I be able to connect an ethernet port to the M2 and use ethernet to have a wired connection to other rooms?

Yes. Set the one at the main house to AP mode and the guest house to Station mode. Update to latest firmware. I recommend 20mhz channel width. Leave Airmax turned on the main AP and turn WDS on for both. Make sure the SSID and password match on both and you should be set.
