Will this device work with the Silicondust HDHomerun Prime and stream the channels from its three tuners via DLNA?

DLNA is universal so as long as you have a DLNA server running then the EUBO should detect it.  I was not happy with the interface at all and it did not network to my shared drives on either my Mac or PC.  I will be returning this product on Monday and have already replace it with a $99 WD TV Live which easily detected all network drives, has Netflix and Hulu and supports DTS-HD MA & Dolby TrueHD audio.
