Is combining these resistance bands complicated?
Combining is very simple — just attach the hooks of multiple bands to the same handle or ankle strap. The total resistance equals the sum of each band's listed value (e.g., blue + green = 50 lbs).
How to use the door anchor?
First, place the door anchor in the gap on the outside of the closing direction (pull the resistance toward you, not into the door). Second, use a solid wood or metal door and avoid hollow or glass doors. Finally, test gently after installation.
Are the handles and ankle straps interchangeable? Will they feel uncomfortable during squats or glute bridges?
The handles are for upper body moves (rows, chest presses, etc.), and the ankle straps are for leg/glute exercises (glute bridges, leg curls, etc.). The ankle straps have padded cushions and Velcro closures to adjust tightness.
How to store these resistance bands?
Please note: avoid direct sunlight and high-temperature storage (they accelerate aging). Do not stretch beyond 3 times the original length. Store in the included cloth pouch after use, away from sharp objects.
How do I clean these bands if they get dirty?
Wipe the surface with a damp cloth and mild soapy water, then air dry naturally (do not machine wash or sun-dry). If you notice small cracks or pieces flaking off the surface, replace that band promptly.
